Pink Elephant and Card Patterns by Jo

Here's my card for this week's Card Patterns sketch. I changed the butterfly to a flower to use the hand cut flower that my daughter found a pattern for. I also used my favorite color combo, pink and purple, for the Pink Elephant challenge this week.

This card is for the Use It #16 and ICS #22. I used the new paper that my cousin got me. I think its more boyish which is just what I need. I don't always like all the girly paper everyone else uses on Sunday when we do challenges.

ICS #22 and Use It #16 by Jac

For this card I use ICS #22 and Use It #16. One of the Use It requirements was to use our fave embellihsment. My fave embellishment is bling so I used plenty on this card. Also my sister will get this card since its supposed to go to someone special.

I combined Use It #16 and ICS #22 for this card. The card started with the circles from the sketch combined with the nature inspriation and evolved from there. I handcut these guys from Friendly Forest by Colobok.

I made this Father's Day card using the CPS sketch from this week. My dad is a big sports fan so I went with a football sports theme.

Card Combo by Jo

This week we only had about two hours to craft and since I usually take awhile to make even one card I knew I had to combine challenges if I wanted to get more than one done. So I did three challenges on one card. The Use It challenge was to use pink, scallops, and a tag. This worked well with the Card Patterns sketch that included a scalloped component and the Pink Elephant challenge to use pink, brown, and white. This card is for a good friend who is having a baby girl soon and I hope she enjoys it.

This week when we were crafting we didn't have much time so we combined three challenge sites for one big challenge. The Use It challenge was to use pink, scallops, and a tag. This worked well with the Card Patterns sketch that included a scalloped component and the Pink Elephant challenge to use pink, brown, and white. I love this cute little deer stamp that my cousin has and have been waiting for a good chance to use it.
